Frames built to your specification in rake, stretch, goose-neck and single/double down tube or all of the above. From Softail, Rigid and even Trike Frames. Frames are built using 1 1/8″ D.O.M. tubing. Top and center post are 1 1/2″ D.O.M. tubing and are TIG welded. Frames have hidden axle block and come with Axle, Axle Hardware, Covers and Screws.

Springer Front Ends. The cleanest in the industry. Triple chrome plated and made from 4130 Chromemoly. Custom built to order from customer specifications. Springer front ends generally come in four types: ultra narrow, narrow, wide and super wide, in any length and finish. Axle size are available in 3/4″ or 5/8″ with choice of front tube size Fat or Thin. Also returned to the line up are Rigid Front Ends, which were popular in Southern California the late 60’s and 70’s. These front ends start with 20″ over sizes. What makes it work is that there’s chrome-moly on the inside, which acts as a spring. Chrome-moly’s got like a memory where it springs back into place. It flexes; it bounces back.

Hollywood Custom Choppers Frames and Springer Front Ends are built by Fred Hernandez owner of Fred’s Frames located in San Bernardino California.

Fred Hernandez was one of the original chopper builders of “Denver’s Choppers” back in its heyday. Fred is also one of the key pioneers of choppers, especially in the way of long bikes. Over the last few decades Fred’s bikes have been in countless magazines.

Having built his first frame before he was old enough to have a drink, you better believe that Fred knows how to put together a perfect Chopper Chassis or Springer Front End. In fact, many top bike builders use Fred’s Frames and Springer Front Ends.
